Sausage Rolls - Hand Made

Again, we're yet to find a better sausage roll than our very own! Fresh to your order, ensures the highest quality of product. 100% Beef used, and other spices within the mince.

Flame Grilled Meatballs

Our Flame Grilled Meatballs are a favorite of everyone! Flame Grilled, literally as it says, provides a smoky flavor to the meat, the perfect bite sized piece.

Chicken Breast Fillet Bites

Only the breast of the Chicken is the best part, so lets make it into a finger food! We then batter the chicken in a tempura style batter. Oven Ready in 10 minutes.

Try anyone's quiche and you'll STILL believe ours are the best! Using real egg, NO powdered egg used, full rich and 100% real ingredients are used in all our products. They come in the following varieties, mixed in all our packages, or you can tell us your requirements to have whichever flavors you like more.

Mini Pizzas

Cocktail sized pizzas are perfect for anyone, and kids love them even more! Oven ready in 10 minutes.
Our Mini Pizzas come in three varieties;

Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Rolls

Great Vegetarian Option

Our Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Rolls are very similar in size to our Sausage Rolls. Fresh Ricotta Cheese and Spinach is combined together to be the filling of our original flaky pastry.

Battered Whiting Fillet Bites

Fresh Whiting fillets are cut, and then battered in a tempura batter. Oven ready in only 10 - 15 minutes.

Chicken Chips

Chicken Breast Fillet, cut into strips to form potato chip looking products. A real treat for the kids of the party.

cheddar Cheese Bites

People jump over each other to taste these! A whole piece of premium cheddar cheese, is crumbed with chive and onion flavored bread crumbs, and then once cooked on an extremely hot oven, the cheese is shocked and kept within the crumbs, allowing you to pick it up and eat the hot melted cheese. A favourite by all!

Shredded Potato Fritters

These are a great alternative to regular potato chips. They are shredded potato, infused with Cheese and Chive, to form a 3cm length circle of potato. Great with Sour Cream which is provided in all our packages.

Great Vegetarian Option

Vegetarian Samosas are made the authentic Indian way following traditional methods. They're a a pocket of pastry within an Indian style vegetable mix.

Curry Pastries

Curry pasties are made with an Asian pastry on the outside and a curry beef filling within.

Cocktail Dim Sums

All the flavors of a regular Dim Sum, but cocktail size. These are made with 100% pork and Asian vegetables. Oven ready in 10 minutes.

Vol Au Vents

Vol Au Vents are a cream filling of flavor within a pasty casing. We have a variety of four flavors within our Vol Au Vents.

Risotto Balls

Great for Vegetarians, our Risotto Balls are basically a ball of moist risotto, and then crumbed in 5 different flavors!

Sheppard's Pie

Providing an alternative to our signature Beef Party Pies, comes the Shepard Pie. We take our 100% Beef party pie, and instead of adding a pastry top, we go one step further to add a fresh mashed potato top to the base, and sprinkly with fresh parsly.

Thai Fish Patties

A slightly spicy Thai fish Pattie. A tasty seafood style cocktail fingerfood.

Prawn Toasts

A cocktail sized toast piece, with a prawn meat and seasame seed topping. We use fresh prawn meat, as we do with all of our other products.

Tuna & Vegetable Tartlets

A creamy mixture of Tuna, such texture of that tuna morney although this variant has a vegetable mix within. The mixture is then placed into tasty pastry cups.

Pumpkin & Potato Tartlets

A complete vegetarian option. Even the pastry is made in a vegan method, using only a vegetable mix for the pastry and no egg! An extremely tastry option for your guests, the pumpkin and potato tartlet prooves very popular to be placed along side one as an add on option to one of our gourmet menus.
