How long have you worked at Fabulous Finger Food?
2 year. I've been a chef for 27 years though, gaining experience in a variety of different roles.
What do you like most about your job and the company?
The staff and the variety of what we do. In any one week I can cater for anything from a small finger food job to a high-end sit down dinner for a large corporate client.
What is Fabulous Finger Food’s best attribute?
The prevalence of our reputation in the industry as well as online. We also only use fresh, quality foods sourced from local markets, this allows us to create seasonal menus and we end up with a far superior product.
What do you do in your spare time?
A friend of mine has a vineyard in Silvan, so we spend a fair bit of time up there making cured meats and wines. Hospitality is my lifestyle, so I enjoy incorporating it into my spare time, discovering little independent farms that make quality, fresh produce and so on.
